deepest feelings and emotions of my audience through the look of a picture or the perfect video. I believe the first time I touched someone with one of my videos was at 11 years old, when my mother was being relocated from Puerto Rico to Riverview, FL. I was determined to show her why I shouldn't have to move away. So I put together a video about my friends and I. When I was finally satisfied with the final product, I called my mom into the living room to come watch the video. That day, I experienced for the first time the power of media and how it can reach into the deepest parts of a person's mind and heart. All of this is what was going through my head as I watched tears come down my mother's face. This is why I am here. To capture images that will mark the most precious and important moments of our lives.
