I’m gonna be real for a minute.

A lot of people see landscaping companies as “just cutting grass,” but most don’t see what goes on behind the scenes this time of year.

The long days. The weather delays stacking schedules up. The pressure of trying to keep everybody happy while still delivering quality work. The stress of managing employees, equipment, customers, estimates, phone calls, and nonstop problem solving every single day.

Today I’m out working from morning into the night on Mother’s Day while my pregnant wife and toddler are home wanting dad around.

That’s not me looking for pity. That’s just the reality of building something from the ground up.
We care deeply about the work we do and the people we do it for. Sometimes probably too much.
