The fitness industry at large caters to avid exercisers. At The Exercise Coach, however, we are hyper-focused on inspiring and empowering unlikely exercisers: people who are busy; don't like the "gym scene"; are afraid of getting hurt; or just flat out don't like exercise. Roughly 85% of people fall into this category and just don't benefit from conventional fitness wisdom.

As a recent cancer survivor, my goal was to build back my strength to hike in the Colorado mountains. With lots of dedicated support, encouragement, and expertise from the Personal Trainers at The Exercise Coach, I met my goal in only several months!
