Recently a customer asked for some help accessing her bathtub easier and not as expensive as ripping out the entire thing. She came across this awesome piece and asked if we'd install it.
If you know someone who would benefit from better entry into their tub, let us know! The unit itself is around $400, and 4-6 hours of labor depending on the type of tub we need to cut. There is also a model that has a door, but not really liked by people in the reviews.

🔨 🧰 🪛 🪚🔩🪜🔧Friends and customers, it’s the start of another year. The start of my 14th year providing repair services. For all of the years in my business I have tried so hard to keep my overhead low so I can pass that along to you in lower labor charges. As you all have seen this last several years, prices are on the rise in every industry. Gas prices are continuing to rise, insurance and material costs are higher, and the overall cost of doing business is pressing on companies nationwide. Ours is no different.
If you do a simple Google search about how much an experienced handyman charges, you’ll see one result that says $60-70 per hour, and another franchise competitor that says $75-100 per hour on average! Any of my previous customers know we haven’t charged anything close to that as long as you’ve known me. Many of you have told me to raise my rates for a long time. I can’t continue to sustain this business with my previous rates.
Starting February 9th we are going to increase our rates closer to the Wichita standards. I appreciate the understanding from everyone going forward from this point. If we have already given a bid prior to the 9th we will still honor those rates. As always, our standards of work will never change.

Our customer needed the shower pan replaced because it was leaking but didn't want to replace the wall tiles. We carefully took out the pan and installed these pebble tiles with epoxy grout. They also decided on a premium frameless door which all came together beautifully!
