Hey all, it's that time of year again. The time where I reintroduce myself. I'm Riley, the girl behind the lens at Rye Allen Photography 📸

I've always been an artist and drawn particularly to portraiture. I have a degree in studio art and while drawing was my focus it's what really introduced me to photography. My goal then was to take photos I wanted to recreate drawing. Now I'm entering my 3rd year as a professional photographer. Looking back at where I started and how far I’ve come, I’m incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted me to capture their memories.

When I'm not behind the camera you can usually find me outdoors. Camping, hiking, going out in the canoe, gardening.... sitting on the patio with a margarita.... our family is always outside and usually barefoot.

Photography has become such a meaningful part of my life. Beyond allowing me the opportunity to stay home with my kids, I also get to connect with amazing people and preserve moments that matter. Whether you’ve been following along since day one or you’re new here, I’m so glad you’re here 💖
