Figuring Out Wall Street

For several years I have been working to launch a second career as an author. I have self published three books.
Today I shipped multiple copies of these books to a book store in California. It will be interesting to see them on display. Most authors would mark having their books on display in a bookstore as a milestone.
A second milestone occurred recently, I have “editorial interest” from a major New York based publishing company for one or more of my book titles.
Plus now working with a Literary Agent to submit a proposal for a series of books.
A rather significant ending to March.

Who has noticed that mortgage interest rates have dropped for 5 weeks in a row and the stock market as measured by the S&P 500 index had a very good month in November, up over 8% for the month and 18% YTD.
