Broadheads are not allowed at the range. Always keep your arrows pointed down or towards the target. Always walk at the archery range and follow the numerical order of targets. Always be absolutely sure that the path to the target and beyond is clear. Always treat your fellow archers with respect. Keep talking and distractions to a minimum while archers are on line. Wichita Archery is open sun up
🎯 Range PSA- several members were just diagnosed with Alpha Gal.
The targets aren’t the only things looking for a bullseye this time of year.
Ticks are active, so please use permethrin on clothing and gear and apply DEET before heading to the range. A few minutes of prevention beats finding an unwanted hitchhiker later.
Remember: Missing the bullseye is frustrating. Getting a tick bite is worse. 🕷️
To be clear this isn’t just at WAI both people that have it could have gotten it anywhere.

We want to thank everyone who came out and shot at Wichita Archery this weekend. The weather was beautiful, even with a few drops of rain. I want to especially THANK our volunteers for set up and down, seriously you guys are incredible. If you won your division, checks will be mailed out this week.
