Set a timer for 6 min, every time a new minute starts, complete the exercises below.

➡️Minute 0-1: complete :20 second sprint (bike or run, row) rest remaining time.

➡️Minute 1-2: compete 12 dumbbell step ups, rest remaining time.

Repeat for 6 min. Then complete 2 x 10 Superman’s.
