I just wanted to pop on here to wish you all the best. Perfect Plate has been on my mind a lot lately, as I’ve been driving by the old location this past weekend. We are set up with our funnel cake trailer right down the street at 4605 N Maize Rd for the next week.

But anywho, I stopped in front of the store yesterday and took a moment to reminisce. Perfect Plate was something special. You all brought community to me when I needed it the most. I learned SO MUCH during that time and I just wanted to thank you for walking that road with me for 6 years of my life! It is a cherished memory.

I turned 39 last Saturday and I’m feelin’ fine! This was birthday dress 2025. ❤️🥰

When I closed Perfect Plate, I promised that I’d keep my customers updated on any meal prep options and gluten free education out there. So let me introduce Jamelah from “Nourish with Jamelah.” She used to operate Nourish ICT, another meal prep company. We both closed our meal prep chapter around the same time.

We have become such great friends and she is a book of knowledge in all things holistic living. Her recent passion is to hold gluten free cooking classes at Mark Arts! She has a pizza class and a cookie class coming up, always 100% gluten free.

It has been nice to see some familiar Perfect Plate faces at our food truck!

Today and tomorrow will be our LAST TWO DAYS of service at 45th and Maize road. We had lots of requests more days so we pulled some strings and made it happen!
