The COOP Cooperative Bakery & Coffee House Coffee shop and marketplace where local bakers, entrepreneurs, and foodies join forces to make shopping local more accessible.

We're currently working on permitting and our site plan review with the city. 🖋 Coming January 2024 just north of The COOP Coffee Co & Cooperative Bakery at Baltimore Ave and Market St.

This entertainment square will feature a cocktail lounge, restaurant serving brunch thru dinner, a creamery, pop-up shops, and a courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating & yard games - perfect for live music and events.

We're building a shopping and dining village on K15 just north of The COOP and Coffee House. Derby Market Square will feature a creamery serving house made ice creams, an upscale bar serving unique cocktails, a restaurant that will serve both brunch and dinner, and a small strip hosting pop-up shops.

You can expect to find plenty of outdoor seating, yard games, and live music and events. We're excited to launch in January 2024!

Dumford developing shopping/dining village along K-15 The wheels are turning once again for local developer Brant Dumford, who has a number of projects in the works on the west side of Derby. He recently announced his
