Don’t let the sleek, minimalist aesthetic of this golf simulator room fool you—behind the scenes, this project was a high-stakes rescue mission that required that technical expertise we bring to the table.

When we arrived to install a beautiful espresso colored carpet with matching runner, we found a client who had been left in the dark. The original simulator salesperson had promised an installation they couldn't actually deliver and then ghosted the customer entirely. It’s a situation no homeowner should have to deal with, but it’s exactly where we step in.

The Challenge

The vision required a precise 1-¼" elevated turf transition to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding carpet. It looks simple in photos, but achieving that level of flush, durable elevation requires more than just "laying it down."

There is something deeply humbling about being entrusted with the soul of a historic building. Out of all the companies in the region, we are incredibly honored to have been selected for this massive renovation project in the heart of Old Town.

We’re tackling 120-foot corridors across four full floors of these iconic historic apartments. This isn't just an installation; it’s a precision operation.

The Transformation 🔄
If you look at the photos, you’ll see the "Before" — a traditional floral carpet that served its time. The "After"? A stunning, modern blue runner that completely shifts the energy of the space while respecting the building's architectural bones.

When you’ve been in the flooring industry for over 25 years, you think you’ve seen it all. But I have to be honest, this is personally one of my all-time favorite projects.
From the beautifuly surged edges to the way that modern pattern hits the light in these long hallways, the result is nothing short of elite. Bringing an owner's vision to life in a space with this much history requires more than just tools—it takes a standard of excellence.

You know those moments on a job site where you pull back the old carpet and your heart just… sinks? 📉 That’s exactly what the crew at Everlasting Installations walked into this week.
They arrived ready to lay down a gorgeous new floor, but the subfloor had other plans. It wasn't just "unlevel"—it was completely unfit for a professional install. Most teams would’ve called it a day or told the homeowner "Good luck," but that’s not how these guy's roll. 😤
