The premise of this smoker is taking two great things that when compared are shrouded by controversy. First you have the "die by wood" crowd that win championships for that good wood taste.
Then you have the "set and forget" pellet culture where these guys are able to get consistent results with exact temperatures and times.
Then you have an entirely different breed- Smokeranch Smokers. You start with that strong flavor that everyone loves and finish with that consistent heat and predictability.
These two crafts have butted heads for years and now they dont have too.
