Terzetto Firecracker Sliders

Featuring Red Handcrafted Terzetto

Ingredients
• 12 Hawaiian slider buns
• 1½ lbs ground beef
• 6 oz Red Handcrafted Terzetto, sliced
• 1 large tomato, sliced
• Arugula or lettuce
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp honey
• Salt & pepper
• Butter for toasting buns

Directions
1. Season ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 12 small patties.
2. Grill burgers until almost done.
3. Top each burger with a slice of Terzetto and let it melt.
4. Toast slider buns with butter.
5. Mix Dijon, mayonnaise, and honey for a quick sauce.
6. Assemble sliders with sauce, burger, tomato, and arugula.
7. Serve with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and your favorite summer sides for a festive red, white, and blue spread.
