Adventure Hoopers

Hi All! I will be having two workshops in a couple weeks. Look for more details coming soon. One workshop will be specificly for kids and one for adults. Also, for the adults, I have an opportunity to teach both hula hoop dance and belly dance with Epic Motion Dance & Fitness Studio. She also has a lot of awesome fitness opportunities including aerial silks! She is much better than I was trying this a few years ago…looking forward to hooping with you all soon!
