Going on 8 months of camper life.
An experience I thought would be all about letting go,
shifting from all work to more adventure and play,
and making space to just BE.
The experience has been all of those things,
but holy hell it's also come with,
✨Massive personal growth, heavy, light, beautiful, dark.
✨Daily Discomfort
✨Unknowns every.damn.day.
From moving every two weeks, hitting 9 states in 6 months,
to now, settling down in Colorado for a little,
I've needed some extra space to process.
My biggest takeaways,
👉🏼Comfort is something our society takes for granted. We don't realize how comfortable we are because we've associated certain comforts as basic needs.
👉🏼The hustle environment we live in can easily put us in automation mode, intention in what we do, how we choose to live, and how we spend our time is gone without extreme effort.
👉🏼F**k Fear. A lot of the things we are fearful of, aren't truly scary, they are just uncomfortable as hell. The sooner we do the thing and get past the discomfort, the sooner we can make space to get what we want in life.
Like, the desire to gain muscle but the fear of eating more food and gaining weight.
Having better relationships, but the fear of being vulnerable in a relationship, with friends, in public.
There is so much more... but for now, this will do.
I hope this sheds some light on areas in your life where you feel stuck, maybe it's time to get uncomfortable, face an unknown, or step outside of the daily routine and do the epic s**t you want to do.

Eat less, do more.
We've been told this lie for far too long.
It may come as a surprise to you but the more you do, the more you need to eat.
For most women, overeating isn't the problem.
It's the restricting which leads to
🔸binges
🔸emotional eating
🔸Under-fueling
🔸overtraining
🔸lack of proper nutrients
When you live in that state for too long, the result is usually more body fat & bloat so you feel like you're doing something wrong.
And unfortunately, the response you get is to lower your calories.
There's a better way, it's scary as hell but I promise you it's worth every single moment of discomfort.
It starts with understanding what YOUR unique body needs to feel good, look good, and perform it's best which usually means more food!
From there, the sky is the limit on what you can achieve.
