Hi! My name is Nicole Gerdeman with Little Lamb Birth Services!

If you are currently pregnant, you are invited to a free event: a village prenatal here in Wheat Ridge, Colorado!

When: August 10th, 2025, from 11am-1pm
Where: Anderson Park in Wheat Ridge

What is a village prenatal? It is a gathering of mothers in their local community to support, nurture, and lean on one another during the sacred time of pregnancy. Also referred to as a sister circle or women’s circle. 💞
They say it takes a village, right? Expecting mothers need a way to connect with likeminded women and share their thoughts, feelings, and fears, and a women’s circle is the perfect way to do that! Come join us to share a meal, and talk about all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum! This is a no-expert zone, just a group of mamas who want to share their experiences and wisdom to learn from and strengthen one another. Here’s the agenda for our time together:
• Light snacks/intros
• A short teaching on childbirth and comfort measures
• A time for sharing fears/positive birth stories/open forum
• Prayer requests/praying over mothers
