Calories simply aren't the whole story.

Here are a few ideas for blood sugar balancing breakfasts for fat loss:
👉🏼2 scrambled eggs + ½ cup egg whites with spinach, 1 slice high fiber toast, berries
👉🏼1 ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup berries, 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter, 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
👉🏼Overnight oats (⅓ cup oats, 2 Tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup milk of choice, ½ cup berries)
👉🏼Protein smoothie (milk of choice, protein powder, 3 Tbsp ground flaxseed, ½ cup frozen cauli-rice, ½ banana, ½ cup frozen berries)
👉🏼 2 slices avocado toast + 1 cup cottage cheese
