Great group at Esters today for Coffee with the Mayor! It was wonderful to have members of the Cultural Commission, Historical Society, and IDEA Committee join the conversation.

A special thank you to Alex Rose and Sergeant Gross from the Wheat Ridge Police Department for providing updates and sharing firsthand insights into the challenges our officers face with our current police facilities. Their dedication to serving our community is greatly appreciated, and it’s important for residents to hear directly about both the opportunities and obstacles facing our department.

Thank you to everyone who came out, asked thoughtful questions, and helped make it another great community conversation. I look forward to seeing you at the next Coffee with the Mayor, July 11th starting at 9am at The Green at 38th. We will have coffee from The Wheelie Bean!
