I may have posted this a couple of years ago. We serviced this clock in Marrietta, OH this morning. It’s a beautiful clock in a Victorian mansion. However, a previous repair person did not make a new pendulum suspension spring, but used a common shorter spring, which meant bending the crutch as in the picture. It’s keeping good time, so why change it. Maybe someday during a complete restoration.

Main wheel bearing on a 30 year old Urgos movement. I have found that standard brass bushing only last about 10 years. I’ve been installing ball bearing bushings that will last decades.
