Happy New Year 🥳
2024 was filled with sooo much sorrow. But in the midst of some of the worst moments of life, I also got to experience some of the most unexpected highs that made the year something beautiful to reflect on regardless.
So instead of highlight photos, here are some pictures and quotes that I like, or that were taken on days that bring back a happy memory this past year.
There’s always something beautiful to find in some of the darkest moments, you just have to be willing to see them.

I absolutely love this time of year 🎄
I know for a lot of us it’s nothing but food and parties, which again, is so much fun! But I know we can get a little unhinged and put off taking care of our health till the New Year. That comes with it’s own set of problems and usually an extra 10lbs 😅
I put together a list of common holiday weight loss mistakes and how to navigate them for my clients, I figured I would share them with you too!

As the holiday season approaches, I know how easy it can be to get caught up in all the festivities – and let’s face it, those seasonal treats 🍪
This year, I was thinking about doing something a little different and running an 8-week 🎄Holiday Fitness Challenge 🎄 to help us all stay on track, myself included. The goal would be simple: stay healthy, keep moving, and support each other so we can head into the new year feeling our best.
This challenge wouldn’t be just about avoiding holiday weight gain; there's also a focus on building a community that encourages and cheers each other on. We’ll have workouts, tips, meal plans and weekly check-ins, all with a focus on helping each other stay balanced, happy, and healthy during this busy season.
Everyone would be welcome to join, no prior weightlifting experience needed. I would include a workout plan but would also like to provide an option to train in a group setting with me at my gym 🏋️♀️

Been out of bulk mode and on the diet grind for three months now.
Not 3 meal, 3 days, or three weeks. Three MONTHS
I’m only down 10 lbs but it makes a big difference 👏🏼
