Barham For Wendell

Cards didn’t fall the way we wanted ‘em to last night, but I still woke up this morning with my heart full and my head held high. Thankful for the friends, family and fans that supported this thing. Forever indebted to y’all for backing me up on what might single-handedly be the craziest thing I’ve ever attempted to do. Im proud of our little movement. We got 1 (big shout to Kate Benson for Wendell) out of 3 on to the board, which is a win in itself, but the most impressive thing is that we almost DOUBLED the voter turnout from 2023. In a non presidential, local municipal election…that’s incredible. I encourage you all to stay as active in local politics the next four years as you all have been the last few weeks. Show up to the meetings. Stay informed. Use your voice. Call out the bu****it. I’ll still be showing up and I hope you’ll join me. If I see you around town, say hello. If I don’t know you, change that. I have an unwavering love for this town and a vote tally not being in my favor will never change that. Thanks for tuning in. Thanks for speaking up. I’ve been showing up and speaking out at these meetings since January and watched as my (and my neighbors) concerns have been dismissed and ignored, time and time again. When you see something going wrong, say something. If nobody listens, then do something. Me throwing my name in the hat this elections is me doing something. If elected, not only will I keep showing up and speaking out for the current residents of our town, but I’ll also listen to the concerns and suggestions from the folks that put me in that chair. I want to be the voice for all of Wendell, not just a few at the top.

Like the loud mouth in the video said “when your elected officials stop listening to the people that elected them, it’s time to start electing new officials”

You can do just that tomorrow by voting BB+T: Barham, Benson and Tarnaski for Wendell Town Commissioners.

Election Day is tomorrow. This is it people. Go time. This is where we put all the talk into action. Make a plan, check in on your friends and make sure everyone gets out and votes for BB+T tomorrow. Five polling sites around Wendell, so please check the link below to find where yours is. Win or lose, this is has been an incredible experience and I want to say THANK YOU for following along. I truly hope you’ll give me the opportunity to serve as one of your next commissioners. We can have a bright vision for the future and grow responsibly without leaving behind the people that made Wendell so great in the first place. Thanks to everyone who put out a yard sign, shared a video, donated to the campaign, made an endorsement or even just told a friend about the loud musician walking around downtown yelling about crazy stuff like “everyone’s voice mattering” and “not selling our souls to developers”. Polls are open 6:30am to 7:30pm. Wake up, make a plan and get out and vote BB+T: Barham, Benson and Tarnaski as your next Town Commissioners here in Wendell.
