When’s the last time you changed your air filter?
Be honest.
Because if it’s been a while… your system isn’t cleaning your air anymore, it’s just blowing dust and crap around your house.
Most people forget. I did too.
That’s why I partnered with Amazon to set up automatic filter delivery on using their subscribe and save feature!

Carbon monoxide has no smell.
No warning.
If something’s wrong with your furnace or venting, you won’t notice it… you’ll just start feeling off.
Headaches. Tired. Weird.
Every house should have working CO detectors. Not “I think it still works” actually works.
I put simple recommendations here → https://hvac4homeowners.com/air-quality
Don’t push this one off.

Quick question, are you seeing more buyers waiving inspections just to stay competitive?
That’s a big risk, especially with HVAC and major home systems.
I work in HVAC locally and built a free tool called HVAC4Homeowners that gives buyers a quick “Home Confidence Report” before they make an offer.
Takes about 2 minutes and helps flag potential system issues early so deals don’t get messy later.
A few agents are starting to use it with clients and even at open houses.
If you want, I can set you up with your own custom link to use.

PSA! Awareness!!
Most homeowners think carbon monoxide is something that happens to someone else. Until it doesn’t.
Just recently, a family of four in Marion County, Florida, including two children, were found dead in a case authorities said was likely carbon monoxide poisoning. It’s heartbreaking, and it’s a reminder that this danger has no smell, no color, and often no warning if your home isn’t properly protected.

The CDC says carbon monoxide poisoning symptoms can include headache, dizziness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, and confusion. People who are sleeping may not recognize the danger in time. The CPSC recommends CO alarms on every level of the home and outside sleeping areas.

That’s exactly why I built HVAC4Homeowners.com.
The photos here show our new H4H Family Safety Score inside My Home. It helps homeowners look at CO risk, fire risk, alarm coverage, and the top actions to take next. In this example, the home scored a 70/100, flagged moderate CO risk, and called out simple steps like adding smoke alarms, adding a CO alarm, and replacing aging alarms. There’s also a Shop to Keep Your Family Safe section and a dedicated My Safety Score tab right in the menu to make this easy to find and act on.
Because HVAC isn’t just about comfort. Sometimes it’s about protecting your family from the risks you can’t see.
Check your home. Know your risks. Protect your family.

Why is it that most homeowners will research a $1,500 couch more than a $12,000 HVAC system.
