Meet Team M.O.M.! Our roster currently includes SIX and we’re still growing. We are a group of detail oriented, client-focused women, determined to lighten your mental load through home organizing all across Greater Milwaukee. We are professional and serious about organizing, but we have a lot of FUN along the way!

I’m Julia, and I started this professional organizing company in 2021, because I’m truly obsessed with helping others. After a long career as a Physical Therapist in home care, and a brief stint as a Stay at Home Mom, I decided to give small business ownership a try. I never expected this ‘little hobby’ to bloom into a legit, full-time, successful business. My heart is full of gratitude, each and every day.

In 2023, after two years of running this business solo, I started adding teammates as independent contractors. This enabled me to tackle larger spaces in less time, therefore helping more people and saving myself from total burnout. It’s so much FUN to work with a team!

First came Colleen T. (The Connector), then came Lauren (The Team Lead), then came Colleen R. (the Energizer Bunny). Next came Beth who fills in when we are in desperate need, and now Jenni - our newest hire! I’m super picky with who I’ll hire and our clients will attest to the fact that all of our organizers are gold!

In early 2025, I decided to make this an official TEAM and converted everyone to W2 employees. 🙌🏻 It’s not often you’ll see all six of us together, as we typically work in teams of 2 and 3 at a time. We tackle any of your pain points for you: closets, kitchens, pantries, basements, playrooms, garages - we’ve basically seen it all!

I’m beyond proud of what we’ve accomplished so far and honestly believe we are just getting started. Thank you for following along!
