ORDER: https://try-pie.square.site/s/order Each week a group of teenage girls from Waterloo and Cedar Falls, along with adult mentors, meet for a time of learning and pie making. During our meetings, the young women develop faith, life, and business skills as they work alongside one another.

Last week, our soon-to-be junior and senior teens completed a leadership training qualifying them to be "Shift Leads" in the kitchen!
Shift Leads:
- Welcome coworkers to their shift
- Help the team keep pace to complete pie production goals
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for teens
- Serve customers in the storefront with excellent customer service
And we just ordered these new aprons making them ✨extra✨ official.
