Arthritis since age 18. 2 knee scopes, knee replacement, hip replacement, soft bones - Osteoarthritis ? Need to verify. Through all of this I’ve pushed through the pain. The minor and major pain irritates the living daylights out of me. What I know is that the more I move the more and less it hurts. 😂🤣 yes. It doesn’t matter. Keep building those supportive muscles! Get a great PT Matt Smith. There are more replacement parts in my future. Trying to stay positive and get strong for the next one.

In the midst of self growth and determination to be the best version of myself I have realized I have given this power away. Just because my past may have not been how others of privilege viewed as an easy route doesn’t give them the right to look down on me for that. Live your best life we only have one.

What do you do when family and friends abandon you? When you find out that you were disposable to them. Well you find the courage and determination to know you are enough and that you have the courage and dedication to yourself.
