Quick facts about the event:
• This is the museum’s 4th annual fundraiser event hosted by a team of volunteers, interns and guilds.
• Inspired by Robert Lewis Stevenson's "Treasure Island"
• This year will be a treasure hunt/escape room style event utilizing the platform "PlayTours. Guests will need to complete puzzles, interactive games, and challenges to gain the most points in order to win the final "treasure"
• Food truck voucher is included in the ticket prices as well as complimentary mocktails and sodas
•Guests will be able to interact with popular Renaissance Fair guilds such as "Sea Dogs of Freeport", "Mythical Menagerie", and "Washer Women" as they will be our guest volunteers for this event.
• We have unique features this year as a part of our fundraising efforts: Capture the Rogues (supports our live animal department), Hoist the Colors (supports our education department and a great way to promote your business, podcast, your guild or make it a special gift to a friend) and Sponsor-"ships" (supports our hands on room and new classroom space)
