Embody Wellness Massage

This week I had the privilege of expanding my massage skill set to include Scar Tissue Release. Part of the training includes experiencing the techniques on my own body. My partner worked on my 29 year old c-section scar. By the end of the session, my scar went from deep dark purple to nearly blending in with my normal skin tone. Scar tissue adhesions were released and I can stand up straighter without feeling a pull near my scar. I had areas below the scar that have been numb since the c-section that now have feeling! I am thrilled with the results I experienced and cant wait to use these skills to help others feel better.
