The Waterloo Inside Ratification meeting is canceled for Friday, May 8th. We are still at an impasse.

Congratulations to IBEW Local 288's newest Journeyman Wireman, Alex Arndorfer. Brother Arndorfer completed the inside program earning the title "Inside Journeyman Wireman". Good work Brother!

Mayor Hart was instrumental in adapting post-bid language for all future large scale City of Waterloo projects. This policy language greatly increases the ability of our employers to successfully bid this public work in the future. Mayor Hart is also working tirelessly on economic development, recruiting business, creating construction projects in the community, one such project is currently underway, providing jobs for IBEW 288 members.
