Now Hiring: Pole Barn Construction Laborer

Location: Cheney, WA
Position: Full-Time
Pay: $18–$30/hr DOE

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking laborer to join our crew building pole barns and post-frame buildings.

Responsibilities:
• Pole barn framing + general construction labor
• Metal roofing + siding installation
• Operating lifts, skid steers + telehandlers
• Material handling + job site cleanup
• Hand + power tool operation

Qualifications:

Required:
• Reliable + hardworking
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to travel within 30 miles

Preferred:
• Construction experience with post frame structures
• Experience operating heavy equipment

Additional Info:
• 90-day probationary period
• Willing to train the right candidate

Wrapped up a much needed makeover for this old, rustic barn for a good company friend. Building new, while trying to keep it “old” is tricky but it turned out pretty nice in the end. Reach out for any of your building needs, new or old!

We had the pleasure of working a few days down at Sonny’s in Washtucna, WA. Poured a concrete patio pad, then built a 25’ X 25’ open slotted pergola. Be sure to head down there and grab some drinks in the shade!

Last week marked the official 1 year anniversary of being in business to the public. A little change of pace the other morning from our usual job sites. We were in the area with the big machine and were asked if we could remove this wind blown, collapsed grain bin roof before it got worse. Nothing a few taglines and a Tele-Handler can’t fix. We will be back with a crane when the new roof arrives!
