Approximately 20% of all open state-funded solicitations are designated to the Small Business Reserve (SBR) Program. This race and gender neutral program provides prime contracting opportunities in an exclusive environment for qualifying Certified Small Businesses. This class covers the program's eligibility standards, the online certification process, and the pipeline for identifying SBR opportunities.
