We’ve completely revamped our approach to product selection and validation in 2024, along with how we interpret data.
To minimize the risk when launching a new product, you need to evaluate conversion rates for keywords (this is done within your Amazon account) and understand if there is real demand for the product from the customer’s perspective.
If the conversion rate is high, the market is already satisfied with the offering, and no further improvements may be needed.
However, if the conversion rate is low, it’s time to dig deeper — analyze competitor reviews (using VOC.AI) and use AI to properly interpret the data.
Identify the product’s main pain points and improve it based on those insights.
These are just the basic steps to focus on.
From Monday to Friday, I’ll be hosting a free AI Product Research Challenge, where you’ll learn how to do this on your own. The training will be in English, but you can use subtitles in your language as Zoom allows for this feature (I recommend googling how to use it in advance).
