ust never include an amnesty of any kind, but should instead encompass the following elements to further continue our rich tradition of rewarding those that come to our Country legally and address the needs of Americans:

• militarizing the border to gain full operational control of all trafficking and terrorist activity

• completion of a double-layer fence including technology along the length of our southern US border

• implementation of a nationwide mandatory workplace verification (E-Verify) and employer sanctions (ARIZONA’S LEGAL WORKERS ACT DOES THIS, UPHELD BY THE SUPREME COURT)

• increased penalties for employers who knowingly employ illegal aliens with mandatory jail and fines

• tracking of visa overstays with a biometric data system and deportation of violators

• termination of birthright citizenship

• termination of the practice of allocating matricula consular cards as a form of ID to foreign nationals illegally residing in the US

• empowering local law enforcement to cooperate with Federal Immigration Agents by eliminating sanctuary policies (SB1070 DOES THIS AND WAS UPHELD BY THE SUPREME COURT)

• termination of chain migration

• termination of the visa lottery

• improvement of the temporary work visa program so employers who follow the law, can access foreign labor in a timely manner

• termination of Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITIN) to illegal aliens

• termination of the seventy-to-hour deportation notices (known as “run letters”)

• termination of public benefits for anyone in this country illegally or for visa holders

• making human alien smuggling and document fraud high felonies with mandatory prison time and place under RICO statutes

• revocation of any measures granting illegal immigrants in-state tuition

• elimination of all catch and release policies

• making illegal entry a felony

• establishment of a skill-based vs. reunification-based immigration selection policy

• passage of legislation that would deny the granting an education to anyone K-12 or College at taxpayer expense who isn’t here with legal status

• passage of legislation that ends Earned Income Credit for anyone who is not a United States Citizen

• creation of provisions to prohibit access to ALL Social Service programs at the federal, state and local level. (Current proposals only deal with federal programs and the state and local aren’t addressed and that is where the bulk of the costs occur)
