Blanco de Blanc is inspired by my Mexican fantasy vacation to Tulum! I remember seeing a video about “The Pit” in cenote goes 600feet below the sea! It is amazing to watch the light narrow the deeper it gets. There is also a 50 foot layer where the fresh water meets the salt water. This video and history of inspired me to make this version.
Blanco de Blanc
Ingredients:
2oz Blanco
1oz Blanc Vermouth (infused with butterfly pea tea)
3dashes cardamom bitters
1 pickled radish (rice vinegar basil oregano brine)
Preparation
Chill coupe glass.
Put ice in mixing glass
Put all above ingredients in glass and stir until slight condensation has formed
Strain into chilled coupe glass(without ice)
Garnish with pickled Radish
Enjoy responsibly and repeat!

is also the beginning of #2020 Semifinals what better way to start it off than with first use of my julep cup. from finally in my collection had to use it!
Orange 🍊 Mint 🌿 Julep:
2oz woodford double oak
1/2 oz rich mint syrup
3 dashes Orange bitters
