History of the Innocence Movement📖
In the early 1990's, with the arrival of new DNA testing methods, new organizations formed with a mission to prove innocence in cases that had been almost impossible to prove without DNA.
One of these organizations was The Innocence Project, founded in 1992 at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. By 2005, a network would be created to connect many innocence organizations across the country.
