Here is an example of another assembly that I produced during one of my college courses. Each piece was created separately and then mated together. No glue was required and/or used. Any pieces that required to be mated to another surface used treaded inserts that were heated up and pushed into the plastic. This was accounted for an a pilot joke was provided for locating each spot. I then used small socket head cap screws to attach the different parts. This vise may not look like much but it can hold the weight of a full water upside down. This is just one of many things I’m capable of. Feel free to message me to make your ideas a reality!
