so a coach. I want to help and inspire other's out there just like me to change their bad habits and make good habits. That is what this page is all about being fit and having fun! It does not matter if you have a family or not! I want to pay it forward to other people who struggle with being over weight, have no energy,depression,anxiety and help to show people that it really is about what you put in your body. Helping families who have picky eaters like I do and how you can get those picky eaters involved in the kitchen and help change their eating habits as well. I know you cannot make a healthier lifestyle change in one day but, I can sure try and help you get started in a small amount of time. I want to help you start your journey and together we can pay it forward to others out there that need help getting fit,feeling better and of course eating healthier. Eating well is not as bad as some think. It's just training your body and your mind that it needs foods that are nutritious to help sustain. Your body does not need the CRAP anymore.
