Interested in teaching young Waltham students about a topic you're passionate about? Register for Splash!
SPLASH is a day when middle school and high school students are invited to come to Brandeis to take classes taught by the students of Brandeis University. The classes are on any topic that the teachers are passionate about, with categories ranging from art, science, math & computer science, humanities, science, and miscellaneous (anything else). Examples of previous classes have been astrophysics, chemistry of baking, computer science, quidditch and more (see attached for a catalog of previous classes taught during SPLASH)! SPLASH! 2019 will take place on November 16th from 12pm-5pm this year.
This is a great opportunity to gain community service hours, teaching experience and share your passion! In addition, it’s only a one-day commitment!
