Here you’ll find news, videos and photos highlighting our efforts to replicate the complex Operational Environment (OE) so Soldiers’ training and leader development is relevant, robust, and as realistic as possible. The OE TSC is under the direction of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Intelligence (G-2), U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command is the Army’s effort to centrally manage how it anticipates, identifies, defines, replicates, and integrates the OE.
