Beyond grateful! 2023 was challenging but rewarding in so many ways! I’m proud of what I accomplished but moreso just thankful! It takes a village and I love mine!

2024 looking good for my buyer! This transaction went smooth at first, then rocky then smooth again! 🎢

Here’s how it went down:

1-My buyer needed to sell his Florida property in order to buy this one. ☀️

2-We were able to negotiate that into this offer which was great! 🎉

3-His FL house went under contract shortly after (yay!) but a couple weeks in, his buyer had to back out due to financing 🫠

4-My buyer and his FL agent put his property BACK on the market where it sat for a while. 😰

5-We thought we might have to pull out of this house, but we made it work and thanks to great agent teamwork between all 3 of us (and patient buyer and seller) we all pulled it off!

6-Now the saga is over 😆 and Buyer is now an Owner in the great state of VA!
