It’s been over a week since my brother passed away. He was only 39 years old. It’s day to day for me. I miss him a lot.
Today is a new day. I’m in control of how my day goes. I’m in control of the energy I bring into this world.
I know he would want that for me. He wouldn’t want everyone to sit around feeling sorry for themselves.
The lesson here is that it’s ok to not be ok. You don’t get passed it by avoiding it. Take care of yourself. You deserve it.
