Settling back in after a great weekend in Boston! It’s fun to take it all in as a coach and fan. For everyone who ran, this is the perfect week to relax, regroup and think about what’s next. A mentor of mine has a great quote ~ attaining balance is not a 1 time event, instead it’s a dynamic process~ This is the perfect time to think about what adjustments are needed!

When I think about why my pro running career spanned over 20 years one big reason is that I had ALOT of fun. Remember to smile today and enjoy whatever it is that you’re doing!
