Eat your colors! The more colors you have on your plate (natural not dyed!!), the more vitamins and nutrients you are getting.
Try this:
Beets
Apples (pre-cooked to al dente with cinnamon, ginger and pie spice - the non sugar kind)
Butternut squash
Walnuts
Mix it all together and add an extra dash of pie spice. Beautiful and yummy snack or side dish!
