Hello Uganda!
We’re delighted to share that one of our Ugandan Directors Isaac Muhumuza is participating in the 2nd World Forum on Forest Therapy 2025, being held from October 27–30 2025 in Cheongju, South Korea. Isaac is currently studying in Korea on a scholarship. He was able to attend this international gathering bringing together experts, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to explore how forests contribute to human health, happiness, and well-being.
The sessions highlight the therapeutical value of forests and present scientific evidence and empirical studies, paving the way for stronger multidisciplinary collaboration and deeper understanding of how forests support health, happiness, and well-being of the population.
We believe that nurturing our natural world is foundational to nurturing our people and events like this remind us of the powerful connection between forests and community resilience.
