Had an absolute blast working with two of the nicest clients in The Woodlands. The task was to update a 20 year old rental property that had been on the market for over a year. We worked with their incredible contractor to had the home repainted inside and out, replace flooring, add additional lighting, swap out door handles, ceiling fans, and plumbing hardware. The primary bathroom received a major overhaul with the addition of a gorgeous frameless glass shower. We managed to salvage the countertops in the kitchen by repainting the cabinets and adding a great marble backsplash that contrasts perfectly with the existing granite countertop.
