Has your sunroof ever just… exploded? 🤯
That’s what happened to me last week on 422. No impact, just shattered glass mid-drive.
I’m hearing this is a recurring issue for certain makes like Hyundai and Nissan. I’m looking to connect with anyone else who has gone through this.

Just some simple Monday movement. ⚡️
One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that workouts have to be complex, long, or intense to count. In reality, the simple things work best when repeated consistently.
Think about it: whether it’s dribbling a basketball or perfecting your golf swing, it’s about fine-tuning the details to elevate your game. Fitness is no different.
I’m not motivated every day—trust me. But I am disciplined. You can be, too. Keep it simple. Execute the foundations. Progress appropriately. The results will follow.
