Congratulations to The Henry Ford, STEP’s 2026 Business Partner of the Year!
This summer, STEP partnered with The Henry Ford through our Summer Earn & Learn program, giving five STEP members the opportunity to gain valuable work experience at Greenfield Village. Three members worked at The Taste of History, while two joined the grounds team. Thanks to this partnership, all three members who worked at The Taste of History were offered permanent employment!
The Henry Ford went above and beyond by providing accommodations, welcoming STEP job coaches, and creating an inclusive environment where our members could learn, grow, and showcase their talents. We are grateful for their commitment to inclusive employment and for recognizing the value individuals with disabilities bring to the workplace. Thank you, The Henry Ford, for opening doors and helping our members take meaningful STEPs forward in their careers!
