Just settling in for the night, but I couldn’t let today pass without celebrating something really special 🤍
Friends of ours made the big decision to step away from acreage living because life has gotten busy—and today, they officially closed on both homes. Selling one chapter and stepping into another.
Their home sold in less than a month with multiple offers, and their new home appraised over asking… but the best part isn’t the numbers.
It’s knowing their kids are about to grow up in a neighborhood they’re going to love. It’s a home that fits their life right now.
