Byco Moving is looking for motivated Lead / Driver to run a moving crew.

- Pay raise after 30 days or until trained
- Bonus Per Job ($3,000 to $4,000 yr)
- Guaranteed 35 hours minimum per week
- Paid Holidays after 6 months
- Paid PTO after 1 year

Job Description: Pack, Wrap and Protect, Load, Transport and Unload items in safe manner. Disassembly and Reassembly. Staying on Schedule and being on time is crucial.

- Guaranteed 35 hours PER WEEK minimum.
- MANDATORY TRAVEL (we pay food and hotels)
- Must be Organized
- Willingness to learn

Applicant must be personable and a quick learner. This is a fast paced work environment. Must have the skills to write info down, turn that info into a bid, send the bid, follow up on the bid, book the bid, add to calendars, call accepted bids before jobs - work directly with BYCO and Tough Guys Moving staff to complete jobs in a timely fashion.

We book Jobs for all of SE New Mexico and West Texas. Byco Moving in New Mexico and Tough Guys Moving in Texas.
