Pulse Electromagnetic Fields (PEMF) therapy is a non-invasive, drug free treatment that has shown effectiveness in reducing the frequency, duration, and intensity of migraine attacks. It works at a cellular level to improve brain, blood circulation, reduce inflammation, and balance electrical activity in the brain.

Research published in the “Headache Journal” found that 73% of participants experienced a decrease in migraine frequency after two weeks of consistent PEMF exposure.

When your horse kicks you in the face… you test your own recovery tools. 🐴⚡
The photo on the left is Day 1 after taking a hoof to the face.
Bruising. Swelling. Inflammation. Not exactly the look I was going for.
The photo on the right is Day 6.
What did I use?
TECAR Therapy —
5 treatments
20 minutes per day
Over a 6-day period
The result:
✔ Reduced swelling
✔ Accelerated tissue healing
✔ Improved circulation and lymphatic drainage
✔ Faster recovery than the body would typically manage on its own
TECAR (Transfer of Energy Capacitive and Resistive) works by stimulating deep tissue circulation and cellular repair, helping the body clear inflammation and regenerate damaged tissue.
I talk a lot about how powerful this therapy is for horses — especially for injuries, tendon issues, and recovery.
But experiences like this remind me:
It works incredibly well for humans too.
Whether it’s:
• Sports injuries
• Muscle strains
• Joint inflammation
• Post-surgical recovery
• Soft tissue trauma
TECAR helps the body heal faster and more efficiently from the inside out.
Sometimes the best way to understand a therapy…
is to experience it yourself.
Thankfully this time my horse is forgiven.
But the TECAR machine definitely earned its keep. 😉
