Back in October 2024, I started this journey hoping to be good enough. Truth is, I needed to realize l've always been enough — for me.

Since then, l've dropped 32.6 pounds, brought my body fat from 31% to 19%, and gained something far more valuable.

It wasn't easy. In most workout programs, around week 8, l hit walls — physically and mentally. But I had my brother Coach Luc there to keep me going, reminding me why I started when I forgot.

If I could talk to the old me, l'd say this:
"Take it one day at a time. And whatever you do — don't quit on yourself and go play pickleball

Now, I feel stronger, more confident, and more grounded than ever. I'm in the middle of a 60-day challenge, dialing in, pushing myself further. After this, it's time to build — the right way. With intention. With precision.

Physically, I feel great.
Mentally, I feel alive.
Spiritually, I'm getting there.

And as for life? I've got faith. God's got the rest.
Thank you to everyone who believed in me — and to those who didn't. You both played a part.

5 Life Lessons Pickleball Taught Me Again

It’s funny how sports can mirror life. Every time I step on the pickleball court, I get reminded of lessons that apply way beyond the game. Here are five that hit me hard lately:

1️⃣ Shoot Your Shot – Stop waiting for the perfect moment. It won’t come back. Take the shot, take the risk. Regret lasts longer than failure.

2️⃣ Play Your Game – Don’t dumb yourself down for anyone. Own your strengths, play to win, and don’t let someone else’s style throw you off.

3️⃣ Give Everyone a Chance (But Stay Sharp) – Be kind, but don’t be naive. Some people will surprise you in the best way, others will catch you slipping if you’re not paying attention. Learn the difference.

4️⃣ Control Your Emotions, Control the Game – Whether on the court or in life, anger and frustration make you sloppy. Stay calm, stay focused, and make moves with precision, not impulse.

5️⃣ Find the Fun, Even in Losing – Every loss is just a lesson. The people who win the most are the ones who keep showing up, having fun, and improving.

Which one of these hits home for you the most? Drop a comment below! ⬇️
